Refund Policy

At Class1Travel, we are committed to providing a premium and seamless transportation experience. We understand that travel plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers while maintaining our high service standards. Below is our refund policy regarding cancellations, modifications, and no-shows.
1. Cancellations & Refunds

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling & Modifications

Clients may reschedule their ride free of charge if requested at least 12 hours before the original pickup time, subject to vehicle availability.

Modifications requested less than 12 hours before the pickup time may incur a change fee of up to $50, depending on availability and operational costs.
3. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

If a client does not show up within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time without prior notification, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

If a client is running late, they must notify us as soon as possible. Additional wait time beyond the grace period may incur extra charges.
4. Service Disruptions & Refund Exceptions

In the rare event that Class1Travel is unable to fulfill a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, vehicle breakdowns, or driver unavailability), we will offer:

A full refund or
-
A credit for future travel with Class1Travel.

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by external factors such as traffic, flight delays, or road closures.
5. Processing Time for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds will appear on your statement under the name Class1Technology, LLC.

If a refund has not been received after this period, customers should contact their bank or payment provider for further inquiries.
